Abstract

RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang merupakan rumah sakit terbesar dan pusat rujukan di Jawa Tengah, yang memiliki permasalahan dalam pengelolaan order hardware. Ini dilakukan secara manual dan belum menerapkan teknologi informasi, sehingga banyak order yang tidak terdokumentasi dengan baik. Juga, pada proses pendistribusian, order tidak bisa cepat diterima dikarenakan petugas teknisi harus mengambil kertas order manual ke bagian administrasi Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit (SIRS) terlebih dahulu sebelum melakukan perbaikan hardware. Pihak manajemen RS juga tidak mendapatkan informasi tentang pengelolaan order hardware secara up to date. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall. Model ini merupakan sebuah pendekatan terhadap pengembangan perangkat lunak yang sistematik dengan beberapa tahapan, yaitu system Engineering, Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing dan Maintenance. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, sistem informasi pengelolaan order pemeliharaan hardware menggunakan telegram bot diharapkan dapat mempermudah dalam pengelolaan order, dan mengetahui respon time petugas teknisi dari awal order dibuat sampai merespon order. Dengan begitu, hasilnya dapat disajikan dalam web dan dilihat dengan menggunakan HP Android. RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang is the largest hospital and referral center in Central Java, which has problems managing hardware orders. This is done manually and has not implemented information technology, so that many orders are not well documented. Also, in the distribution process, orders cannot be accepted quickly because the technician must take the manual order paper to the Hospital Information System (SIRS) administration first before repairing the hardware. Hospital management also did not receive up to date hardware order management information. In this study using the waterfall method. This model is an approach to systematic software development with several stages, namely system Engineering, Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and Maintenance. Based on the research that has been done, the hardware maintenance order management information system using the telegram bot is expected to make it easier to manage orders, and to know the response time of technicians from the beginning of the order to responding to the order. That way, the results can be presented on the web and viewed using an Android phone.
