Abstract
Pengelolaan absensi Tenaga Teknis yang masih menggunakan metode pencatatatan kertas pada Biro Administrasi Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Setda Provinsi Jawa Tengah membutuhkan teknologi informasi. Dalam sebuah instansi pemerintah, disiplin kerja merupakan modal yang penting yang harus dimiliki oleh Pegawai. Salah satu penilaian melalui tingkat kehadiran di kantor adalah diberlakukan sistem absensi agar ada pencatatan dan bukti akan hadir atau tidaknya seorang Pegawai. Sistem informasi pengelolaan absensi akan digunakan untuk memberikan akses pemantauan keterlambatan, kehadiran dan ketidakhadiran selama penerapan jam kerja pada Biro Administrasi Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Setda Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Pembuatan Sistem Informasi berbasiskan website.Sistem yang akan dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan HTML dengan menggunakan metode Waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Pegawai dapat melakukan proses absensi masuk dan proses absensi keluar pada Jadwal yang sudah di buat dengan time server.
