Abstract
Kepuasan pelanggan merupakan tingkat anggapan konsumen terhadap produk yang dibeli sesuai dengan harapan mereka.Dari pendapat tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa jika pelanggan merasa puas dengan apa yang mereka beli maka pelanggan ini akan bertahan dengan produk yang ditawarkan dalam waktu lama namun jika pelanggan membeli produk tidak sesuai dengan harapan mereka maka kurang puas.Kepuasan pelanggan juga menjadi tolok ukur dalam mencapai keberhasilan yang bisa berdampak pada tingkat penjualan. Maka dari itu,diperlukan penelitian mengenai analisis kepuasan konsumen di Nasi Campur Kencana Semarang tersebut diperlukan.Penelitian ini menerapkan klasifikasi decision tree dalam memutuskan kepuasan pelanggan. Jenis penelitian data mining melibatkan 977 data konsumen Nasi Campur Kencana Semarang. Konsep dari pohon keputusan adalah mengubah data menjadi decision tree dan aturanaturan keputusan.Dari proses klasifikasi natinya akan menghasilkan beberapa rule serta seberapa besar konsumen merasa puas maupun tidak puas. Customer satisfaction is the level of consumer assumption of the product purchased in accordance with their expectations. From this opinion it can be concluded that if the customer is satisfied with what they are buying then this customer will persist with the product offered for a long time but vice versa if the customer buys the product does not meet their expectations then less satisfied. Customer satisfaction is also a benchmark in achieving success that can have an impact on sales levels. Therefore, research on consumer satisfaction analysis in Nasi Campur Kencana Semarang is needed. This study applies decision tree algorithm of decision tree classification in deciding customer satisfaction. This type of data mining research involves 977 consumer data of Nasi Campur Kencana Semarang. The concept of the decision tree is to turn data into decision trees and decision rules. From the classification process natinya will produce some rules, as well as how much consumers are satisfied or dissatisfied.
