Abstract

Kepuasan konsumen merupakan suatu keadaan perasaan konsumen ketika sadar akan kebutuhan dan keiinginannya sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dan terpenuhi secara baik. Kepuasan konsumen merupakan hal penting pada suatu perusahaan yang bergelut di bidang e-commerce seperti Shopee. Dengan mengetahui bagaimana perasaan konsumen mengenai kualitas produk dan pelayanan yang diberikan dapat membuat Shopee bisa mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitasnya. Maksud dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengenalisis pengaruh Sistem Pembayaran dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen Shopee. Penelitian ini adalah berbentuk survey, populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan semua pengguna Shopee, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik secara acak sebanyak 141 responden. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS 21, dengan uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinan (R2). Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa secara parsial Sistem Pembayaran dan harga berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen Shopee. sedangkan hasil uji simultan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sistem Pembayaran dan harga berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Shopee. Consumer satisfaction is a state of consumer feeling when aware of their needs and wantings in accordance with what is expected and fulfilled properly. Customer satisfaction is important in a company that struggles in the field of e-commerce such as Shopee. By knowing how consumers feel about the quality of products and services provided can make Shopee able to maintain and improve its quality. The purpose of this study is to recognize the influence of payment system and prices on Shopee's consumer satisfaction. This study is in the form of a survey, the population in this study is all Shopee users, sampling using random techniques as many as 141 respondents. Data analysis uses multiple linear regressions. The data is processed using SPSS 21, with t test, F test, and determinant coefficient (R2). The results of this study showed that partial payment system and prices have a positive effect on Shopee's consumer satisfaction. while the simultaneous test results can be concluded that payment system and prices have a simultaneous effect on shopee customer satisfaction.
