Abstract
PT. Swakarya Insan Mandiri merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang jasa penyaluran tenaga kerja outsourcing seperti employee supply, sales process, office cleaning service, dan lainnya. Proses seleksi calon karyawan baru pada PT. Swakarya Insan Mandiri selama ini dilakukan dengan cara semi komputerisasi dengan kriteria nilai tertinggi yang terpilih dan belum menggunakan metode perangkingan bobot pada setiap kriteria penilaian. Permasalahan lain yang dihadapi adalah proses perhitungan masih dilakukan menggunakan Microsoft Excel sehingga proses administrasi berkas tidak terpusat dan dikerjakan oleh pengguna yang berbeda di komputernya masing-masing yang dapat mengakibatkan data hilang dan menjadi sulit ditemukan karena tersebar di beberapa komputer. Kriteria penilaian meliputi 5 penilaian yaitu berkas lamaran, nilai akademik, tes, tes kesehatan dan wawancara. Proses pembobotan penilaian menggunakan metode TOPSIS. Pembuatan aplikasi menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan database menggunakan MySQL. Hasil dari penerimaan karyawan baru pada PT. Swakarya Insan Mandiri menggunakan metode TOPSIS yaitu Diana Budi Puspitasari dengan nilai 0,704, Hendro Setiadi dengan nilai 0,635 dan Putri Amanda dengan nilai 0,365. PT. Swakarya Insan Mandiri is a company engaged in the distribution of outsourcing workers such as employee supply, sales process, office cleaning service, and others. The process of selecting new employee candidates at PT. So far, Mandiri Insan Swakarya has been done in a semi-computerized manner with the highest selected criteria and has not used the weight ranking method for each assessment criterion. Another problem faced is that the calculation process is still carried out using Microsoft Excel so that the file administration process is not centralized and done by different users on their respective computers which can result in data being lost and becoming difficult to find because it is spread across several computers. The assessment criteria include 5 assessments, namely application files, academic scores, tests, medical tests and interviews. The process of weighting the assessment uses the TOPSIS method. Making applications using the PHP programming language and databases using MySQL. The results of the acceptance of new employees at PT. Independent Insan Swakarya uses the TOPSIS method, namely Diana Budi Puspitasari with a value of 0.704, Hendro Setiadi with a value of 0.635 and Putri Amanda with a value of 0.365.
