Abstract
Selama ini proses pencarian rumah tinggal hanya mengamati rumah tinggal yang akan menjadi pilihannya dan tidak memiliki kriteria-kriteria khusus dalam menentukan pilihannya, seperti jarak tempuh dari rumah tinggal yang akan dipilih dengan tempat bekerja, perbelanjaan, pusat kota, universitas, bandara, harga, bebas dari banjir, dan lokasi rumah tinggalnya. Pencarian rumah tinggal perlu beberapa pertimbangan yang harus dimengerti seperti pertimbangan harga, luas tanah, luas bangunan, jarak tempuh dan fasilitas yang ada di rumah tinggal. Hal inilah menjadi salah satu hal yang menimbulkan berbagai masalah yang dihadapi dalam pencarian rumah tinggal. Sistem pendukung keputusan pencarian rumah tinggal menggunakan metode SMART menggunakan kriteria pencarian berdasarkan harga, luas tanah, luas bangunan, jarak tempuh dan fasilitas. Hasil rekomendasi sistem pendukung keputusan pencarian rumah tinggal menggunakan metode SMART akan diurutkan berdasarkan nilai SMART terbesar sampai dengan nilai SMART terkecil. Model pengambilan keputusan menggunakan metode SMART ini dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut untuk permasalahan yang lebih komplek dengan jumlah kriteria dan alternatif yang jauh lebih banyak. So far, the residential search process only observes the house that will be chosen and does not have specific criteria in determining its choice, such as the distance from the residence to be selected with a place of work, shopping, city center, university, airport, price, free. from flooding, and the location of their homes. The search for a residential house requires several considerations that must be understood, such as consideration of price, land area, building area, mileage and existing facilities in the house. This is one of the things that causes various problems faced in the search for housing. The decision support system for housing searches uses the SMART method using search criteria based on price, land area, building area, distance traveled and facilities. Results of recommendations for decision support systems for skincare product selection SR12. Results of recommendations for decision support systems for residential search using the SMART method will be sorted based on the largest SMART value to the smallest SMART value. The decision making model using the SMART method can be further developed for more complex problems with a much larger number of criteria and alternatives.
