Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan guna untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2019. Variabel yang akan digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan struktur modal, ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas. Populasi yang digunakan dari penelitian ini berjumlah 157 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017- 2019. Pada penelitian ini pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 135 perusahaan manufaktur yang telah memenuhi kriteria, karena menggunakan 3 periode dari tahun 2017-2019 mengartikan akan ada 405 data yang akan digunakan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan dan profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. This research was conducted to determine the factors that affect firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017- 2019 period. The variables that will be used in this study are capital structure, company size and profitability. The population used in this study, 157 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2019. In this study, the sampling used purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 135 manufacturing companies that met the criteria, because using 3 periods from 2017-2019 would mean that there were 405 data to be used. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the capital structure had a positive effect on firm value, firm size had a negative effect on the firm value and profitability had no effect on firm value.
