Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.Objek penelitian ini adalah PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. Populasi penelitian adalah pegawai PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang berjumlah 462 orang Sedangkan sampel penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 82 responden.Teknik Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Random sampling.Data penelitian diperoleh dari kuesioner yang disebarkan secara langsung kepada karyawan PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang.Sebelum data diolah, analisis faktor dilakukan untuk menguji validitas. Uji validitas dengan melihat loading factor sedangkan uji reliabilitas dengan Cronbanch Alpha. Analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel independen dan dependen dalam penelitian ini.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2) motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan, 3) lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM Tirta Moedal Abstract The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of leadership, motivation and work environment on employee performance. The object of this research is PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. The study population was the employees of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang totaling 462 people While the sample of this study was 82 respondents. Intake technique The sample in this study is to use random sampling. research data obtained from a questionnaire distributed directly to PDAM Tirta employees Moedal Semarang. Before the data was processed, factor analysis was carried out to test its validity. Test validity by looking at the loading factor, while the reliability test with Cronbanch Alpha.Multiple regression analysis is used to determine the effect between independent variables and dependent in this study. The results showed that: 1) leadership has no effect on employee performance, 2) motivation has a positive and significant effect employee performance and, 3) work environment has no effect on performance PDAM Tirta Moedal employees
