Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti tiga variabel bebas yaitu kualitas layanan, persepsi harga dan citra merek dan satu variabel terikat yaitu kepuasan pelanggan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan diolah dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji F, uji determinasi, uji T dan analisis linier berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah variabel kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasaan pelanggan, variabel persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasaan pelanggan, dan citra merek tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Data dalam penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 2016. ABSTRACT This study aims to examine three free variables namely service quality, price perception and brand image and one bound variable that is customer satisfaction.. This study used primary data and was processed with validity test, reliability test, F test, determination test, T test and multiple linear analysis. The results obtained from this study are as follows : service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, price perception variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and brand image does not has effect on customer satisfaction. The data in this study was processed using SPSS 2016.
