Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, kompensasi, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan divisi call center di PT Indosat Oreedoo Semarang yang berjumlah 86 karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen. Data diolah menggunakan program SPSS 21. Pengujian dilakukan dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji statistik F, uji koefisien determinasi (R2), dan uji hipotesis (uji t). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan karena besarnya nilai signifikansi 0,348>0,05 (2) Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan karena nilai signifikansi 0,160 > 0,05 dan (3) Pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05 dan nilai beta = 0,985 (positif) ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, compensation, and career development on employee performance. The population in this study were 86 employees of the call center division at PT Indosat Oreedoo Semarang. Collecting data using a survey method with a questionnaire as an instrument. The data were processed using the SPSS 21 program. Tests were carried out by means of validity tests, reliability tests, F statistical tests, determination coefficient tests (R2), and hypothesis testing (t test). The results of this study indicate that (1) job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance because the significance value is 0.348> 0.05 (2) compensation has no effect on employee performance because the significance value is 0.160> 0.05 and (3) career development has an effect on performance. with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a beta value = 0.985 (positive)
