Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas layanan dan promosi terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam membuka rekening ponsel studi pada Bank BTPN Wow! Kota Semarang. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang berjumlah 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel dengan kriteria nasabah Bank BTPN Wow! Kota Semarang dan pernah memutuskan untuk membuka rekening ponsel di Bank BTPN Wow! Kota Semarang. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji instrument, analisis linier berganda, dan uji model. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa pengaruh kulitas produk, kualitas layanan dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah. ABSTRACT This research aims to find out and analyze the effect of product quality, service quality and promotion on customer's decision in opening a Study Mobile Account at Bank BTPN Wow! Semarang City. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling which amounted to 100 respondents. Sampling with the criteria of Bank BTPN Wow! Semarang city and once decided to open a mobile phone account at Bank BTPN Wow! Semarang City. Testing in this data uses instrument testing, multiple linear analysis, and model testing. Based on the hypothesis test obtained that the influence of product skin, service quality and promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer decisions.
