Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi,gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Erela Semarang. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap karyawan bagian sales yang bekerja di PT. Erela Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian marketing yang bekerja di PT. Erela Semarang sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Pengujian olah data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linier berganda, uji kelayakan model, uji t serta uji koefisien determinasi dan diolah menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 22. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa : (1.) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (hasil uji t= 3,185 dengan nilai sig 0,004). (2.) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (hasil uji t= 2,094 dengan nilai sig 0,046). (3.) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh postif dn signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. ( hasil uji t= 2,517 dengan nilai sig 0,018). (5). Diketahui hasill koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,915, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 91,5% kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel motivasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja. Sedangkan sisanya 8,5% dapat dijelaskan oleh sebab-sebab lain diluar penelitian atau dari ketiga variabel tersebut. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at PT Erela Semarang. This research was conducted on marketing employees who work at PT Erela Semarang. The population in this study were 30 sales employees who worked at PT Erela Semarang. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data processing test used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, model feasibility test, t test and determination coefficient test and processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 22. The results of the study prove that: (1.) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (t test result = 3.185 with a sig value of 0.004). (2.) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (t test result = 2.094 with a sig value of 0.046). (3.) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (t test result = 2.517 with a sig value of 0.018). (5). It is known that the coefficient of determination is 0.915, this indicates that 91.5% of employee performance can be explained by the variables of motivation, leadership style and work discipline. While the remaining 8.5% can be explained by other causes outside the research or from the three variables.
