Abstract
Pengolahan data yang awalnya dilakukan secara manual menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel oleh admin Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan bagian Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan SMP menyebabkan sering terjadi hilang atau rusaknya data. Selain itu, pegawai mengalami kendala seperti proses pengolahan data yang menuntut pegawai untuk datang langsung ke Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Pati karena tidak adanya sistem yang dapat digunakan secara online di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Pati. Website E-Personal Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Pati ini dirancang dengan tujuan membantu semua pihak untuk melakukan olah data. Pengolahan data dimulai dari create dan read untuk pegawai, serta update dan delete untuk admin yang langsung terhubung ke database. Metode yang digunakan dalam merancang Website E-Personal Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Pati ini adalah metode Waterfall atau Classic Life Cycle. Dengan adanya Website ini, data pegawai dapat diolah secara terstruktur dan keamanannya terjaga karena semua data pegawai disimpan dalam database. Website ini dirancang dengan harapan, pihak Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Pati dan semua pegawai merasa terbantu dan dapat dioperasikan dengan mudah dalam jangka waktu yang panjang. In addition, employees experience problems such as data processing which requires employees to come directly to the Pati Regency Education Office because vii there is no system that can be used online. This E-Personal Website of the Pati Regency Education Office was designed with the aim of helping all parties to process data. Data processing starts from create and read for employees, as well as update and delete for admins who are directly connected to the database. The method used in designing the E-Personal Website of the Pati Regency Education Office is the Waterfall or Classic Life Cycle method. With this website, employee data can be processed in a structured manner and security is maintained because all employee data is stored in a database. This website is designed with the hope that the Pati Regency Education Office and all employees find it helpful and can be operated easily in the long term.
