Abstract

Pelaksanaan e tilang dalam perkara pelanggaran lalu lintas untuk mencegah praktik pungli di wilayah hukum polrestabes semarang. Rumusan masalah yang akan dibahas adalah faktor yang menghambat penegakan e-tilang dalam pelanggaran lalu lintas, penerapan e-tilang untuk mencegah perampokanpolisidan penerapan e-tilang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskancarapengajuantiket. Menjelaskan dan membahasfaktor-faktorpembatas yang menghalangipolantas untuk menerapkan tilang elektronik yang sudah berfungsi dalam kondisi lalu lintas harian atau kasus-kasus di mana ia tidak beRPerilaku seperti yang diharapkan.E-tilang dapatmembantu mencegah pemerasan kriminal dan penuntutan segera, jadi kamiakan menunjukkankepada anda cara menangani uangdanpemerasan ilegal. Metode penelitian kualitatif sering digunakan untuk menghasilkan teks deskriptif atau data verbal dari orang dan perilaku yang dapat diamati dan selanjutnya ditingkatkanoleh sumber data primer dan sekunder saat menerapkane-tilang.Darisegi khasiat, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa etilan sangat efektif.Dematerialized,setiap pelanggaran kode jalan raya dicatat oleh sistem digital.Inimemungkinkananda untukmenghindari tindakan pemerasan yang ada.Kendalanya adalah pada saat penyerahan dan pengembalian barang bukti. Aplikasie-tilang sangat memudahkan pihak kepolisianuntukmengeluarkantiket tanpa operasi.Merekamelakukanini dengan tiket elektronik.Mereka hanya perlu meminta data kedinas terkait dan mengambilfoto serta nomor polisi untuk melacak kendaraan tersebut. Kata Implementation of e-tickets in cases of traffic violations to prevent the practice of extortion in the jurisdiction of the Semarang Police Station. The formulation of the problem that will be discussed is the faktors that hinder the enforcement of e-tickets in traffic violations, the application of e-tickets to prevent police robberies and the application of e-tickets. Qualitative research methods are often used to generate descriptive text or verbal data from people and behaviors that can be observed and further enhanced by primary and secondary data sources when applying e-tickets. In terms of efficacy, the results of this study indicate that ethylene is very effective. Dematerialized, every highway code violation is recorded by a digital system. This allows you to avoid the existing blackmail action. The problem is at the time of delivery and return of evidence. The e-ticket application makes it very easy for the police to issue tickets without surgery. They do this with e-tickets. They only need to request data from the relevant agencies and take photos and police numbers to track the vehicle.
