Abstract
Penulisan ini berjudul “Analisis Sosiologis Hukum Pengaruh Berdirinya Perusahaan Kontrak di Perawang Terhadap Masyarakat Sekitar Oleh PT. Taihei Dengyo Indonesia “ Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pelaksanaan hak hak pekerja masyarakat Penawang yang bekerja di PT. Taihei Dengyo Indonesia dan Untuk menjelaskan factor factor yang menjadi pertimbangan PT. Taihei Dengyo Indonesia dalam menyusun peraturan perusahaan dan perjanjian kerja. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis.Sumber data diperoleh dari beberapa tahapan yaitu melalui penelitian lapangan (wawancara) dan penelitian pustaka.Analisis data dengan cara sistematis meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa(1)Dalam Bentuk pemenuhan hak-hak karyawan PT Taihei Dengyo Indonesia tersebut menggunakan kerjasama yang baik perusahaan dan pekerja. Dengan di penuhinya hak hak pekerja menurut undang undang yang berlaku pelaksanaan pemenuhan hak hak pekerja masyrakat Penawang yang bekerja di PT Taihei Dengyo Indonesia telah di lakukan sebagaimana mestinya.(2) Dalam penyusunan peratutan perusahaan dan penyusunan perjajian kerja baik yang PKWT dan PKWTT PT Taihei Dengyo Indonesia telah merumuskan faktor faktor yang sesuai dengan peraturan Undang Undang Yang berlaku dan tentunya juga menggali kearifan kearifan local yang ada. This writing is entitled “Sociological Analysis of the Law of the Influence of the Establishment of a Contract Company in Perawang on the Surrounding Community by PT. Taihei Dengyo Indonesia “ This study aims to explain how the implementation of workers' rights for the Penawang community who work at PT. Taihei Dengyo Indonesia and to explain the factors that are considered by PT. Taihei Dengyo Indonesia in drafting company regulations and work agreements. The research method uses a sociological juridical approach. The data source is obtained from several stages, namely through field research (interviews) and library research. Data analysis in a systematic way includes data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) In the form of fulfilling the rights of PT Taihei Dengyo Indonesia employees, it uses good cooperation between companies and workers. With the fulfillment of workers' rights according to the applicable law, the implementation of the fulfillment of the rights of the workers' rights of the Penawang community who work at PT Taihei Dengyo Indonesia has been carried out properly. (2) In the preparation of company regulations and the preparation of work agreements, both PKWT and PKWTT PT Taihei Dengyo Indonesia has formulated factors that are in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and of course also explores existing local wisdom.
