Abstract

Sistem pakar adalah suatu sistem kecerdasan buatan komputer yang manyimpan pengetahuan dari seorang pakar yang mempunyai keahlian khusus sehingga mampu meniru kemampuan yang dimiliki seorang pakar dan mampu menyelesaikan atau memecahkan masalah yang bersifat spesifik, dalam hal ini adalah gerakan motorik balita. Tumbuh kembang balita bisa terjadi berdasarkan bertambahnya nutrisi gizi yang dikonsumsi, tinggi badan, dan tingkat gerak motorik balita.dengan adanya metode Case Based Reasoning dapat menghasilkan suatu aplikasi untuk mendeteksi pertumbuhan balita berdasarkan gerak motorik yang dicapai balita. Oleh karena itu dengan adanya sistem ini bisa diandalkan oleh masyarakat dan sebagai acuan dan sarana oleh seorang pakar yang awam yang diharapkan dapat menghasilkan hasil yang akurat dalam menjaga kestabilan pertumbuhan balita. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi sistem pakar pertumbuhan balita menggunakan metode Case Based Reasoning dan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) sebagai perhitungan, dimana data kasus baru akan dibandingkan dengan kasus lama dan kemudian dihitung kriteria kemiripan kasus berdasarkan dengan rumus ketentuan yang berlaku. An expert system is a computer artificial intelligence system that stores knowledge from an expert who has special skills so that he is able to imitate the abilities of an expert and is able to solve or solve specific problems, in this case the motor movements of toddlers. The growth and development of toddlers can occur based on the increase in nutritional nutrients consumed, height, and the level of motor movement of toddlers. With the Case Based Reasoning method, an application to detect the growth of toddlers based on the motor movements achieved by toddlers can be produced Therefore, this system can be relied on by the community and as a reference and means by a lay expert who is expected to produce accurate results in maintaining the stability of toddler growth. In making the application of the toddler growth expert system using the Case Based Reasoning method and the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN)algorithm as a calculation, where the new case data will be compared with the old case and then the case similarity criteria are calculated based on the applicable regulatory formula.
