Abstract

Smartphone Android memiliki banyak pengguna dan dapat digunakan untuk melakukan banyak hal yang salah satunya adalah internet marketing dalam berbisnis jual beli atau sewa rumah. Namun, kebanyakan orang hanya mengandalkan sarana sosial media, website, atau blog di internet sebagai lahan promosi tersebut. Hal tersebut terasa kurang inovatif atau menarik karena calon pembeli tidak dapat melihat preview rumahnya dengan perspektif 3D segala arah dan harus datang ke lokasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menciptakan sebuah sistem aplikasi mobile Android ditenagai teknologi Augmented Reality yang dibangun dengan library ThreeAR dan Three.js. Dibekali teknologi Augmented Reality, maka calon pembeli dapat melihat preview rumah pada object virtual 3D dari segala arah. Agar aplikasi mampu berkomunikasi dengan sisi server (backend), maka perlu menerapkan arsitektur web services berbasis REST API. Pengguna juga dapat menggunakan aplikasi ini untuk rekomendasi pencarian rumah tinggal menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa Augmented Reality dapat terimplementasi dengan baik, serta metode SAW mampu memberikan hasil rekomendasi yang cukup akurat berdasarkan atribut kriteria dan bobot prioritas yang diinginkan. Android smartphones have many users and can be used to do many things, which one is internet marketing in the business of buying and selling or renting houses. However, most people only rely on social media, websites, or blogs on the internet as the promotion site. This feels less innovative or interesting because potential buyers cannot see a preview of their house with a 3D perspective in all directions and have to come to the location. The purpose of this research is to create an Android mobile application system powered by Augmented Reality technology built with ThreeAR and Three.js libraries. Equipped with Augmented Reality technology, potential buyers can see a preview of the house on a 3D virtual object from all directions. In order for the application to be able to communicate with the server side (backend), it is necessary to implement a web services architecture based on REST API. Users can also use this application for housing search recommendations using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The researcher concludes that Augmented Reality can be implemented well, and the SAW method is able to provide fairly accurate recommendation results based on the desired attribute criteria and priority weights.
