Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi seiring berjalannya waktu semakin modern pada masa nya serta memiliki banyak dampak perubahan bagi masyarakat dengan adanya pengembangan teknologi mampu meringankan pekerjaan manusia terlebihnya meningkatkan kinerja sumber daya manusia, khususnya pada permasalahan lalu lintas seperti deteksi kendaraan. Pada penelitian ini dibahas mengenai deteksi kendaraan dan kecepatan kendaraan menggunakan metode Backgorund Subtraction guna memproses citra yang bergerak dari kamera statis dengan cara mendeteksi objek pada video dan otomatis terdeteksi dengan sistem sehingga akan mengestimasi kecepatan dari objek tesebut kemudian informasi mengenai kecepatan kendaraan yang terdeteksi maka akan secara otomatis tersimpan ke memori. Dari hasil uji sistem pada deteksi kendaraan memiliki tingkat nilai akurasi rata – rata 91,53 % dari 21 observasi akurasi tertinggi dengan nilai 100% akurasi terendah dengan nilai 75% Technological developments over time are increasingly modern in their time and have many impact changes for society with the development of technology able to ease human work, especially improving the performance of human resources, especially in traffic problems such as vehicle detection. This study discusses vehicle detection and vehicle speed using the Backgorund Subtraction method to process moving images from a static camera by detecting objects on video and automatically being detected by the system so that it will estimate the speed of the object then information about the detected vehicle speed will automatically automatically saved to memory. From the results of the system test on vehicle detection, it has an average accuracy value of 91,53% from 21 observations of the highest accuracy with a value of 100%, the lowest accuracy with a value of 75%
