Abstract

Di zaman pandemic seperti saat ini banyak orang yang kehilangan mata pencaharian terlebih lagi di desa Jlegong. Para petani gagal panen dikarenakan harga obat pertanian naik tapi tidak seimbang dengan harga panen yang terus mengalami penurunan. Tidak hanya para petani yang mengalami kerugian,pedagang juga terkena dampak dari pandemic covid ini,penjualan setiap harinya mengalami penurunan. Hampir semua warga didesa Jlegong menerima dampak dari covid ini dari segi ekonomi.Sistem pendukung keputusan adalah sistem yang digunakan untuk dapat mengambil keputusan pada situasi semi terstruktur dan tidak terstruktur, dimana seseorang tidak mengetahui secara pasti bagaimana seharusnya sebuah keputusan dibuat. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini akan dibuat bedasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang sudah ditentukan oleh pihak desa untuk mendapatkan bantuan social bagi mereka yang membutuhkan. Dengan adanya kriteria kriteria pekerjaan, penghasilan, jumlah tanggungan, status, jumlah kendaraan, status tempat tinggal, maka akan diperhitungkan menggunakan metode SAW (simple additive weight). Metode ini yang paling cocok digunakan dalam pembuatan system web ini, kendala yang dihadapi oleh pemerintahan desa Jlegong yaitu penentuan dalam system pengambilan keputusan untuk masyarakat yang akan memperoleh bantuan social untuk masyarakat yang kurang mampu. Dengan hasil perhitungan dari system web maka akan ditemukan dan ditentukan masyarakat mana yang dapat memperoleh bansos yang memperoleh nilai paling tinggi yang diutamakan. In the era of a pandemic like today, many people have lost their livelihoods, even more so in the village of Jlegong. Farmers failed to harvest because the price of agricultural drugs rose but was not balanced with harvest prices which continued to decline. Not only farmers who suffer losses, traders are also affected by this covid pandemic, daily sales have decreased. Almost all residents in the village of Jlegong accept the impact of this covid from an economic perspective. A decision support system is a system used to be able to make decisions in semi- structured and unstructured situations, where a person does not know exactly how a decision should be made. This decision support system will be made based on the criteria that have been determined by the village to get social assistance for those in need. With these criteria, it will be calculated using the SAW (simple additive weight) method. This method is most suitable for use in making this system, the obstacle faced by the Jlegong village government is the determination of the decision-making system for the community who will receive social assistance for the underprivileged. With the results of calculations from the system, it will be found and determined which people can get social assistance.
