Abstract
E-Commerce merupakan sebuah sistem yang memudahkan.user dalam melakukan pembelian serta transaksi terhadap suatu produk secara online. E-Commerce ini juga mempermudah berbagai pihak dalam menjual produk mereka secara global. Didaerah Semarang memiliki klub sepak bola PSIS Semarang. Klub sepak bola ini memiliki supporter yang bernama Panser Biru mereka menjual berbagai macam merchandise. Mereka juga memiliki website penjualan mereka tetapi dalam 2,5 tahun ini website yang digunakan untuk menjual produk merchandise ini titdak mengalami perubahan dari aspek tampilan website yang mengakibatkan konsumen menjadi tidak tertarik untuk berbelanja di website ini. Dengan pemasalahan yang ada peneliti membuat sebuah tugas akhir yang menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall dengan judul ” Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Penjualan Merchandise Dan Ticket Pertandingan Sepakbola Berbasis Web Pada Panser Biru Store “ dengan maksud agar memperbaiki tampilan menjadi lebih baik. Abstract E-Commerce is a system that makes it easy for users to make purchases and transactions for a product online. E-Commerce also makes it easier for various parties to sell their products globally. Semarang area has the PSIS Semarang football club. This football club has a supporter named Panser Biru they sell various kinds of merchandise. They also have their sales website but in the past 2.5 years the website used to sell merchandise has not changed from the aspect of the appearance of the website which has resulted in consumers being not interested in shopping on this website. With the existing problems, the researchers made a final project using the waterfall system development method with the title "Development of Web-Based Merchandise and Ticket Sales Information Systems for Web-Based Football Matches at the Panser Biru Store" with the intention of improving the appearance to be better.
