Abstract

bencana adalah peristiwa atau rangkaian peristiwa yang mengancam dan mengganggu kehidupan dan penghidupan masyarakat yang disebabkan, baik oleh faktor alam dan/atau faktor nonalam maupun faktor manusia sehingga mengakibatkan timbulnya korban jiwa manusia, kerusakan lingkungan, kerugian harta benda, dan dampak psikologis. Berdasarkan data historis banyak bencana yang terjadi di Indonesia seperti tsunami , tanah longsor dan gempa. Bencana tersebut memiliki tingkat kerawanan yang bermacam-macam bergantung pada faktor penyebab , daerah fisik , dan juga sosial ekonomi . Tujuan penelitian ini guna membantu masyarakat untuk melaporkan bencana kepada dinas terkait penanggulangan bencana dan dinas dapat memberikan tangap darurat kepada masyarakat dengan melalui fitur sms gateway. Penelitian ini menggunakan website dan sms gateway sebagai alat untuk mengririmkan pesan dari sistem ke masyarakat dan memanfaatkan model view controller pada sistem agar proses perbaikan error pada sistem dilakukan secara efektif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem yang dapat melaporkan informasi terkait bencana yang terjadi dan memberikan infomasi tangap darurat. Disaster is an event or series of events that threaten and disrupt people's lives and livelihoods caused, both by natural factors and/or non-natural factors as well as human factors, resulting in human casualties, environmental damage, property losses, and psychological impacts. Based on historical data, many disasters occurred in Indonesia such as tsunamis, landslides and earthquakes. These disasters have various levels of vulnerability depending on the causative factors, physical area, and also socio-economic. The purpose of this study is to help the community to report disasters to the related disaster management office and the agency can provide emergency response to the community through the sms gateway feature. This study uses a website and sms gateway as a tool to send messages from the system to the public and utilizes the view controller model on the system so that the error correction process in the system is carried out effectively. This research produces a system that can report information related to disasters that occur and provide emergency response information.
