Abstract

Rancang sistem monitoring merupakan kegiatan untuk mengetahui ketepatan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan dan dilakukan dengan rencana atau susunan kegitan yang telah dibentuk. Rancang system monitoring dapat digunakan pula untuk memperbaiki kegiatan yang menyimpang dari rencana yang dilaksanakan. Permasalahan pada saat ini pegawai melaksanakan pekerjaannya dengan batas waktu yang ditentukan namun pekerjaannya selesai melebihi batas waktu yang diberikan serta menyerahkan laporan pekerjaan secara langsung oleh atasan dan bagian administrasi harus melakukan rekap data laporan apabila laporan pekerjaan pegawai hilang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sistem monitoring administrasi berbasis website untuk mempermudah atasan dalam melakukan pemantauan pekerjaan pegawai. Teknik perancangan menggunakan tools UML (Unified Modelling Laguange) dengan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall dan aplikasi dibuat menggunakan Bahasa pemograman PHP dan database MySql. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan dalam memantau progress pekerjaan pegawai, pengolahan data pegawai dan dapat meningkatkan monitoring pegawai. Dalam penelitian ini, dikembangkan program sistem monitoring administrasi berbasis Web, berdasarkan hasil analisa dan perancangan dapat mempercepat bagian admistrasi dan atasan dalam melakukan monitoring monitoring pegawai produksi serta mempermudah dalam penyimpanan laporan dan pengawasan pegawai oleh atasan. ABSTRACT Monitoring systems design is an activity to know the precision of activities performed and done with a established plan or layout. The design of the monitoring system can also be used to correct the activities that deviated from the plan carried out. The current problem with employment according to a fixed time limit is that the job completed ahead of the time limit and that the job report by the top and administration must do a report recap if the employment report is lost. The purpose of this study is to build a web-based administrative monitoring system to make it easier for a superior to allow job monitoring. UML (Unified Modelling Laguange) by system development methods using the waterfall method and application is made using the PHP programming language and mysql database. It is hoped that the results will make it easier to monitor employee progress, data processing and employee monitoring. In this study, web based administrative monitoring systems programs, based on analysis and design can accelerate admistry-and higher-level departments in monitoring production workers' monitoring and make it easier for the supervisor's report and monitoring.
