Abstract
Perkembangan aplikasi android dan web saat ini perkembangannya semakin pesat seiring dengan munculnya teknologi internet yang semakin maju dengan adanya kemudahan, kecepatan pengiriman, penyampaian, dan penerimaan informasi. Sistem perbelanjaan di Jawa Tengah khususnya di Semarang, tepatnya di Pasar Tradisional saat ini masih dengan cara yang lama dalam aktivitasnya. Masalah Pandemi Virus Covid-19 ini tentunya menghambat dan membatasi aktivitas yang diharuskan keluar rumah untuk berbelanja. Meningkatnya pasien yang didiagnosa positif pun menambah, sehingga terjadilah ketatnya peraturan yang membatasi segala kegiatan yang melibatkan banyak kerumunan. Dengan adanya metode hybrid Fuzzy Logic dan Weighted Product, yang merupakan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang menggunakan basis data standar. Pada penggunaanya, metode hybrid Fuzzy Logic dan Weighted Product ini mendeskripsikan suatu pemrosesan query basis data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem yang memudahkan masyarakat semarang dan sekitarnya dalam menentukan barang belanja dan tempat berbelanja berdasarkan kriteria yang diinginkan. Serta menjadi alternatif bagi para pedagang pasar tradisional untuk mulai maju serta mengikuti perkembangan jaman yang serba digital. Pembeli juga dimudahkan dalam menghadapi masalah ekonomi, sehingga dapat berbelanja dengan aman sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan. Serta dapat berbelanja secara dinamis tanpa perlu pergi keluar dari rumah, dan dengan bahan belanja ataupun toko sesuai dengan rekomendasi yang diinginkan. The development of android and web applications is currently growing rapidly in line with the emergence of increasingly advanced internet technology with the ease, speed of sending, delivering, and receiving information. The shopping system in Central Java, especially in Semarang, to be precise at traditional markets, is currently still in an old way of doing activities. The Covid-19 Virus Pandemic problem certainly inhibits and limits activities that are required to leave the house to shop. The increase in patients diagnosed as positive has added to the increase, resulting in strict regulations that limit all activities that involve large crowds. With the hybrid Fuzzy Logic and Weighted Product method, which is a decision support system that uses a standard database. In use, this hybrid Fuzzy Logic and Weighted Product method describes a database query processing. The result of this research is a system that makes it easier for the people of Semarang and its surroundings to determine shopping items and places to shop based on the desired criteria. As well as being an alternative for traditional market traders to start advancing and keep up with the developments in the all-digital era. Buyers are also facilitated in dealing with economic problems, so they can shop safely in accordance with health protocols. And you can shop dynamically without the need to go out of the house, and with shopping or shop materials according to the desired recommendations.
