Abstract
POLRI memiliki Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu sebagai wadah untuk memberikan layanan kepada masyarakat. Layanan yang diberikan berupa proses pengaduan kasus kriminal, lakalantas, dan narkoba. Selama ini proses pengaduan dirasa kurang efektif dan efisien, hal ini membuat peneliti mengembangkan aplikasi untuk layanan pengaduan masyarakat berbasis web. Aplikasi yang dibuat menggunakan PHP dan database MySQL dengan Algoritma Sequential Search. Pengguna aplikasi terdiri dari admin, petugas kepolisian, dan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aplikasi pengaduan yang dikembangkan memudahkan masyarakat dalam menyampaikan pengaduan kepada Polrestabes Semarang. Aplikasi yang dibuat juga memudahkan petugas bidang Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu untuk memantau dan memproses pengaduan yang telah dibuat oleh masyarakat. Manfaat lain dari aplikasi yang dikembangkan adalah masyarakat yang memberikan laporan dapat memantau perkembangan laporan yang telah dibuat. Indonesian Police has an Integrated Police Service Center as a forum to provide services to the community. The services provided are in the form of a complaint process for criminal cases, traffic accidents, and drugs. So far, the complaint process is considered to be less effective and efficient, this makes researchers develop applications for web based public complaints services. Applications made using PHP and MySQL database with Binary Search Algorithm. Application users consist of admins, police officers, and the public. The results showed that the complaint application developed made it easier for the public to submit complaints to the Semarang Police Station. The application made also makes it easier for officers in the Integrated Police Service Center to monitor and process complaints that have been made by the public. Another benefit of the developed application is that the community who provides reports can monitor the progress of the reports that have been made.
