Abstract
Abstrak—Pelacakan karier dan penyampaian lowongan pekerjaan untuk alumni SMK Negeri 10 Semarang dirasa kurang efektif karena masih dilakukan secara manual dengan cara menghubungi alumni melalui sms atau telepon yang memiliki kendala Seperti banyaknya alumni yang sering berganti nomor telepon sehingga sering kali kesulitan dalam penpelacakan karier alumni dan juga kesulitan dalam penyampaian informasi apabila ada penawaran lowongan pekerjaan dari industri. Maka untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut, pihak sekolah memerlukan sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat membantu meningkatkan kinerja BKK (Bursa Kerja Khusus). Sistem informasi alumni ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah BKK dalam memantau perkembangan karier para alumni dan juga memudahkan dalam penyampaian informasi kepada alumni apabila ada lowongan pekerjaan dari industri. Abstract— Career tracking and delivery of job vacancies for alumni of SMK Negeri 10 Semarang is considered less effective because it is still done manually by contacting alumni via sms or telephone which has problems such as a lot of alumni who often change phone numbers so that it is difficult to track alumni carriers and also difficulties in conveying information when there are job offers from the industry. So to solve these problems, the school needs an information system that can help improve the performance of the BKK (Special Job Exchange). This alumni information system is expected to facilitate BKK in monitoring the career development of alumni and also facilitate the delivery of information to alumni if there are job offers from the industry.
