Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi tiap tahun semakin berkembang pesat. Saat ini dimana teknologi selalu memberikan berbagai macam inovasi terbaru yang lebih bervariasi.Teknologi ponsel pintar berbasis android (Smartphone) termasuk kedalam teknologi yang populer saat ini. Dengan adanya teknologi ponsel pintar pengguna dapat dengan lebih mudah mendapatkan, menyebarkan ,menyimpan dan mengolah informasi yang dibutuhkan dengan cepat.Kinerja pegawai dalam sebuah perusahaan dapat dilihat dari pencatatan kehadiran atau presensi pegawai setiap harinya. Sistem presensi yang diterapkan di PT.Swakarya Insan Mandiri yaitu para pegawai melakukan presensi kehadiran setiap harinya dengan menggunakan mesin fingerprint. Namun dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19 muncul permaslahan yaitu resiko penularan virus penyebab penyakit.Hal ini disebabkan karena pegawai yang hendak melakukan presensi juga mengantri yang mengakibatkan terjadi nya kerumunan. Salah satu teknologi pada smartphone yang sedang berkembang yaitu pemanfaatan kamera smartphone untuk scan QR Code.Kamera pada smartphone dapat dimanfaatkan untuk alat penunjang pencatat kehadiran pegawai di PT.Swakarya Insan Mandiri Semarang. Sistem ini akan dibangun dengan bahasa permrogaman PHP dan database MySql pembuatan program android dengan tools MIT App Inventor. Hasil dari sistem ini yaitu presensi kehadiran pegawai menggunakan QR Code yang terhubung dengan WEB yang dapat diakses pegawai pada saat kerja dari rumah(work from home) dengan tujuan untuk menunjang mencegah penularan vidus covid-19.Sistem ini juga bisa dipakai setelah perusahaan menerapkan kembali kerja dari kantor(Work From Office). Technological advances are growing rapidly every year. At this time where technology always provides a variety of the latest innovations that are more.Android-based smartphone technology (Smartphone) is included in the technology that is popular today. With the existence of smart phone technology, users can more easily get, distribute, store and process the information needed quickly. Employee performance in a company can be seen from recording attendance or employee attendance every day. The presence system applied at PT. Swakarya Insan Mandiri is that employees perform daily attendance by using a fingerprint machine. However, with the Covid-19 pandemic, a problem arises, namely the risk of transmitting the disease-causing virus. One of the technologies on smartphones that is developing is the use of smartphone cameras to scan QR Code. The camera on a smartphone can be used as a supporting tool for recording employee attendance at PT. Swakarya Insan Mandiri Semarang. This system will be built with the PHP programming language and MySql database making android programs with the MIT App Inventor tool. The result of this system is the presence of employees using a QR Code that is connected to the WEB which can be accessed by employees when working from home (work from home) with the aim of helping prevent the transmission of the covid-19 virus. This system can also be used after the company has re-implemented work. from the office (Work From Office).
