Abstract
Pernikahan adalah ikatan janji yang dilaksanakan oleh dua orang dengan maksud meresmikan ikatan pernikahan secara norma agama dan norma hukum. Wedding organiser yaitu salah satu yang membantu orang dalam merencanakan pernikahan agar acara berjalan sesuai rencanan dan lancar. Salah satu wedding organiser yaitu project wedding semarang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang usaha jasa untuk membantu acara sebuah pernikahan, saat ini sistem pengelolaan yang ada pada project wedding semarang masih menggunakan cara manual yang mengharuskan pelanggan datang langsung ke kantor dan admin masih mecatat secara manual pesanan. Maka dari itu penulis membuat sistem infromasi berbasis web dengan menerapkan customer relationship management (CRM) untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam berinteraksi. Pengembangan sistem dengan metode prototype, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi web wedding organizer dengan menerapkan CRM yang diakses secara online. Marriage is a pledge carried out by two people with the intention of formalizing the marriage bond in religion and norms. The wedding organizer is one that helps people plan their weddings so that the event goes according to pland and runs smoothly. One of the wedding organizer project wedding semarang is a company engaged in the service business to help with a wedding, currently the management system in the project wedding semarang still uses manual methods which require customers to come directly to the office and the adminstill records the order manually. Therefore the authors create a web-based information system by implementing customer relationship management (CRM) to make it easier for users to interact. The research method by collecting data and conducting interviews, the result of this study produce a web wedding organizer information system implementing CRM which is accessed online
