Abstract

Dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini banyak masalah yang muncul dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, seperti masalah dalam pendidikan. Salah satunya terkait dengan sikap disiplin siswa di sekolah. Hingga saat ini, sekolah memiliki sistem untuk mencatat pelanggaran siswa. Tujuan dari sistem ini adalah untuk memantau dan mencatat pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh siswa. Yang mana pada akhir semester pelanggaran tersebut akan dilaporkan kepada orang tuanya oleh guru BK. Sebagai sekolah swasta, SMK Teuku Umar Semarang yang menerapkan sistem seperti ini perlu ditingkatkan sistem pencatatan pelanggarannya. Sampai saat ini, sistem pencatatan pelanggaran dilakukan secara manual yang menimbulkan beberapa masalah seperti pencarian riwayat pelanggaran siswa bukanlah tugas yang mudah, memberikan informasi yang lengkap kepada orang tua menjadi sulit dan memakan banyak waktu. Penelitian ini mencoba mengimplementasikan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat membantu SMK Teuku Umar Semarang untuk mempermudah proses pencatatan pelanggaran. Termasuk memberikan informasi tentang jumlah dan jenis pelanggaran kepada orang tua. Sistem yang diusulkan berbasis web dan memiliki aplikasi android yang akan membantu orang tua dan sekolah untuk memantau anak-anak mereka. With the technology development today many problems arise in everyday life, such as problems in education. One of them is related to the student's discipline attitude at schools. Until today, the schools have a system to record students violation. The purpose of this system was to monitored and recorded the violations committed by students. Which by the end of the semester these violations will be reported to their parents by the BK teacher. As a private school, the Teuku Umar Vocation School in Semarang, which implements this kind of system, needs an upgrade on its violation recording system. Until today, the violation recording system was done by manual activities which cause several problems as searching the violation history of a student is not an easy task, giving complete information to the parents becomes hard and takes much time. This research tried to implement an application that can help the Teuku Umar Vocational School in Semarang to simplify the violation recording process. Including providing information about the number and types of violations to the parents. The proposed system was web-based and has an android app that will help the parents and the school to monitor their children.
