Abstract

Small and micro businesses that are the object of this service are micro small businesses that are engaged in the utilization of patchwork so that they have a higher selling value. The products produced by this micro and small business are underpants, bed linen and masks. This micro small business has 7 employees who were recruited from the close neighbors of the owner of this business. This micro-enterprise has been running for quite a long time. However, the performance of this micro business is still not as expected. Efforts to improve performance are important to ensure the continuity of this business. The purpose of implementing this service is to improve the performance of these micro and small businesses through selection of raw materials/suppliers, product uniqueness, determination of product costs, and overhead costs. It is hoped that the performance of these micro and small businesses will get better and at least be able to contribute to the improvement of the local economy Key words: productivity, SMEs, patchwor
