Abstract
Perpustakaan memiliki banyak buku bacaan, sehingga kalau mencari dengan manual membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Perpustakaan yang belum memiliki sistem pencarian buku karena masih menggunakan sistem manual sehingga menyulitkan dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam hal pencarian buku karena harus mencari satu per satu di rak buku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan algoritma Jaro Winkler yang dapat digunakan untuk mencari buku sebagai pengukur tingkat similaritas antara buku dengan keyword yang didapat dari ekstraksi teks pada buku sehingga mendapatkan data yang terurut dari yang kemiripannya ( tingkat similaritas) paling tinggi sehingga pencarian buku menjadi lebih efisien sebagai informasi yang relevan. Algoritma Jaro Winkler dapat digunakan untuk melakukan pencarian buku perpustakaan sebagai pengukur tingkat similaritas antara judul buku dengan kata kunci dan diurutkan dari nilai kemiripan yang paling besar sampai dengan nilai kemiripan yang paling kecil. Sistem temu kembali informasi pencarian buku perpustakaan dengan metode Jaro Winkler dari pencarian buku dengan kategori novel dan kata kunci cinta ikhlas didapatkan buku Cinta Dalam Ikhlas dengan nilai �� = 1,000, Cinta Dalam Diam dengan nilai �� = 0,802 dan Ketika Cinta Bertasbih dengan nilai �� = 0,762 The library has a lot of reading books, so searching manually takes a long time. This study aims to apply the Jaro Winkler algorithm which can be used to search for books as a measure of the level of similarity between books and keywords obtained from text extraction in books so as to obtain data that is sorted from the one with the highest similarity (level of similarity) so that the search for books becomes more efficient as a reference. relevant information. The Jaro Winkler algorithm can be used to search for library books as a measure of the level of similarity between book titles and keywords and order them from the greatest similarity value to the smallest similarity value. Information retrieval system for library book searches using the Jaro Winkler method from searching for books with the category of novels and the keyword love sincerely, we get the book Cinta Dalam Ikhlas with a value of d_j = 1,000, Cinta Dalam Diam with a value of d_j = 0.802 and When Love is Exalted with a value of d_j = 0.762
