Abstract

Kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja merupakan salah satu aspek perlindungan tenaga kerja yang bertujuan agar tenaga kerja dapat melaksanakan pekerjaan dengan nyaman, sehat dan aman, sehingga tercapai peningkatan produktifitas kerja secara optimal. Untuk mendukung implementasi kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja yang optimal, diperlukan monitoring secara menyeluruh pada kinerja QHSE. Dalam hal ini, diperlukan tools untuk mendukung proses monitoring kinerja secara efektif dan efisien. Sistem informasi monitoring QHSE merupakan sistem berbasis website yang digunakan untuk melakukan pencatatan dan pelaporan kinerja QHSE. Dalam sistem ini, kinerja QHSE dapat dihitung menggunakan metode Frequency Rate-Saeverity Rate (FR-SR). Metode FR dihitung dengan membagi total insiden x 1.000.000 dengan total jam orang kerja. Sementara itu, metode SR dihitung dengan membagi jumlah hari hilang x 1.000.000 dengan total jam orang kerja. Dari penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa sistem informasi monitoring kinerja QHSE sudah berjalan dengan baik. Secara tampilan, website sudah responsive terhadap banyak peramban. Sementara itu, secara fungsionalitas, sistem dapat melakukan kalkulasi FR-SR dengan tepat sehingga hasil yang ditampilkan sudah akurat dan sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan FR-SR secara manual. Quality Health Safety and Security Environment (QHSE) is one of labor protection which aims to enable workers to carry out their work comfortably, healthily and safely, so as to achieve an optimal increase in work productivity. To support the implementation of optimal QHSE, a thorough monitoring of QHSSE performance is required. Online tool is needed to support the performance monitoring process effectively and efficiently. The QHSE monitoring information system is a website-based system that used to record and report QHSE performance. In this research, QHSE performance can be calculated using the Frequency Rate-Saeverity Rate (FR-SR) method. The FR method is calculated by dividing the total incident x 1,000,000 by the total man-hours worked. Besides, the SR method is calculated by dividing the number of days lost x 1,000,000 by the total hours worked. From this study, the QHSE monitoring information system was running well. In appearance, the website is responsive to many browsers. Meanwhile, in terms of functionality, the system can perform precise FR-SR calculations so that the results displayed are accurate and in accordance with the results of manual FR-SR calculations.
