Abstract

Suatu masalah terselesaikan dengan baik apabila dipecahkan dengan solusi yang tepat. Pada kasus yang melibatkan banyak kriteria perlu dilakukan suatu analisis terhadap solusi yang ditawarkan. Hal ini diperlukan untuk memperoleh solusi prioritas, sehingga dampak kerugian dan pengorbanan dapat diminimalkan. Adapun cara untuk menentukan prioritas dari sekumpulan kriteria adalah dengan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Saatnya (1985)menjelaskan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) adalah suatu metode pendukung keputusan.. Untuk memperoleh kriteria prioritas, metode ini menggunakan perbandingan kriteria berpasangan dengan skala pengukuran yang telah ditentukan. Input utama dari metode AHP adalah persepsi para pakar atau ahli, sehingga terdapat faktor subyektifitas dalam pengambilan keputusan. Berdasarkan uraian singkat yang telah disebutkan diatas, maka mencoba untuk membuat” Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pembelian Tiket Travel Untuk Wilayah Semarang - Bandung Menggunakan Metode AHP” A problem is solved well if it is solved with the right solution.
