Abstract
Kekerasan yag terjadi terhadap anak menjadi salah satu fenomena yang sering terjadi tidak hanya di kota koota besar namun di daerah daerah terpencil pun masih banyak. Judul penelitian yang di ambil oleh penulis adalah Perlindungan Hukum Bagi Anak Korban Kekerasan Di Wilayah Kelurahan Sendangguwo. Bagaimana perlindungan Hukum bagi anak Korban Kekerasan di Kelurahan Sendangguwo Menurut Undang0Undang0No0359Tahun82014, Bagaimana penerapan hukum terhadap0anak korban kekerasan di wilayah Kelurahan Sendangguwo. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Perlindungan Hukum bagi anak Korban kekerasan di wilayah kelurahan sendangguwo menurut Undang0Undang0No0359Tahun82014 dan untuk mengethaui penerapan-hukum=terhadap anak korban kekerasan di wilayah kelurahan sendangguwo. Metode penelitian yang di ambil metode yuridis empiris salah satu jenis kajian sosiologi hukum dan dapat juga disebut sebagai kerja lapangan, khususnya melihat ketentuan hukum yang berlaku dan apa yang sebenarnya terjadi di masyarakat. Perlindungan hukum dan hak-hak anak adalah salah satu jenis pendekatan untuk melindungi anak Indonesia. Soal perlindungan hukum bagi anak.
