Abstract
Profesi Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) semakin diminati banyak orang karena memiliki pendapatan stabil, jaminan pensiun, dan risiko kecil untuk diberhentikan. PNS sebagai abdi masyarakat harus menyelenggarakan pelayanan secara adil kepada masyarakat maka diperlukan SDM yang mampu melaksanakan tugas dengan efektif, efisien, produktif dan profesional sesuai dengan jabatannya. Dalam hal ini BKPPD memiliki peranan penting untuk mewujudkannya dengan cara melaksanakan evaluasi hasil kerja PNS di Pemerintah Kabupaten Grobogan setiap tahunnya. Dalam mengevaluasi kinerja pegawai tidak cukup hanya dari SKP, melainkan perlu aspek-aspek pendukung lain seperti Pendidikan, kompetensi, dan kedisiplinan pegawai. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan evaluasi pegawai 70 data PNS yang dipilih secara acak dengan dilakukan perhitungan clustering menggunakan metode k-means dan tools rapidminer untuk mendapatkan tiga klaster diantaranya yaitu klaster baik, cukup, dan kurang baik. Dari perhitungan tersebut diperoleh hasil sebanyak 24 (34%) klaster baik, 30 (43%) klaster cukup, dan 16 (23%) klaster kurang baik. The profession of Civil Servant (PNS) is increasingly in demand by many people because it has a stable income, pension guarantees, and a small risk of being dismissed. Civil servants as public servants must provide services fairly to the community so that human resources are needed who are able to carry out their duties effectively, efficiently, productively and professionally in accordance with their positions. In this case, BKPPD has an important role to make it happen by evaluating the work results of civil servants in the Grobogan Regency Government every year. In evaluating employee performance, it is not enough just from SKP, but also other supporting aspects such as education, competence, and employee discipline. In this study, an employee evaluation of 70 civil servants data were randomly selected by using clustering calculations using the k-means method and rapidminer tools to obtain three clusters, namely good, sufficient, and poor clusters. From these calculations, the results obtained are 24 (34%) good clusters, 30 (43%) good clusters, and 16 (23%) bad clusters.
