Abstract
Teknologi sekarang semakin berkembang dengan pesat dan canggih termasuk perkembangan teknologi berbasis digital. Salah satu dari proses digitalisasi yaitu peningkatan dari pemanfaatan teknologi berbasis digital yang sangat berpengaruh dari setiap aspek kehidupan masyarakat. Saat ini PT. Apparel One Indonesia melakukan QCC dan QCP dalam bentuk pertemuan setiap seminggu sekali dan hasil dari setiap langkah dari hasil improvement akan ditulis oleh notulen di dalam format excel yang telah disediakan. Namun hal ini memakan waktu yang cukup lama sehingga tidak efektif dan efisien apabila ada anggota satu tim tidak hadir, maka anggota tersebut tidak dapat mengetahui hasil dari pertemuan yang telah diselenggarakan dan harus menunggu notulen mengirimkan hasil pertemuan. Selain itu komite Management Improvement juga akan kesulitan dalam melakukan rekap laporan yang akan di konvensikan. Maka akan dibuat sistem informasi yang digunakan untuk memudahkan peserta dalam pengisian form QCC dan QCP di PT Apparel One Indonesia. Selain itu komite juga dapat melakukan rekap data QCC dan QCP peserta. Sistem informasi yang akan dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP Framework Laravel dengan database PostrgreSQL. Untuk pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Waterfall dan pengujian sistem menggunakan metode Blackbox Testing. Technology is now growing rapidly and sophisticatedly including the development of digital-based technology. One of the digitization processes is the increase in the use of digital-based technology which is very influential from every aspect of people's lives. Currently PT. Apparel One Indonesia conducts QCC and QCP in the form of meetings once a week and the results of each step of the improvement results will be written by the minutes in the excel format that has been provided. However, this takes a long time so it is not effective and efficient if a member of one team is not present, then the member cannot know the results of the meeting that has been held and must wait for the minutes to send the results of the meeting. In addition, the Management Improvement committee will also have difficulty in recapturing the report that will be contested. Then an information system will be created that is used to make it easier for participants to fill out QCC and QCP forms at PT Apparel One Indonesia. In addition, the committee can also recap the QCC and QCP data of participants. The information system will be created using the PHP Programming Framework Laravel programming language with the PostrgreSQL database. For system development using the Waterfall method and system testing using the Blackbox Testing method.
