Abstract
Kemajuan pesat teknologi terutama internet ini membuat pengguna kesulitan mencari internet service provider yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan dengan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan. Pengguna masih memilih dengan saran atau pengalaman dari pengguna lain, sehingga tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan. Oleh karena itu dibuatlah sebuah sistem penunjang keputusan dengan menerapkan metode Fuzzy MADM yang bertujuan untuk membantu menentukan pilihan internet service provider dan memudahkan pengguna untuk memilih ISP sesuai kebutuhan berdasarkan kriteria yang sudah ada. Fuzzy MADM merupakan salah satu model fuzzy yang alternatif-alternatifnya sudah di ketahui kemudian dilakukan proses penjumlahan dari perkalian bobot dan proses yang diperoleh dari hasil nilai normalisasi pada setiap alternatifnya kepada semua atribut untuk dilakukan perangkingan dan menentukan alternatif yang diberikan. Sistem penunjang keputusan pemilihan internet service provider dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy MADM didapatkan 3 alternatif, serta 4 kriteria penilaian yaitu harga, keamanan, kepuasan, dan kredibilitas. Hasil pemilihan didapatkan dari proses normalisasi berdasarkan dari nilai alternatif yang ada pada setiap kriteria, dilanjutkan proses perangkingan yaitu menentukan kriteria dengan nilai matrik dikalikan nilai bobot sehingga diperoleh hasil dari alternatif. Sistem ini dapat digunakan untuk memberikan rekomendasi pemilihan internet service provider di Salatiga berdasarkan kebutuhan dan keinginan pengguna untuk merekomendasikan ISP yang tepat menggunakan metode Fuzzy MADM. The rapid advancement of technology, especially the internet, makes it difficult for users to find an internet service provider that suits their needs and desires with predetermined criteria. Users still choose with suggestions or experiences from other users, so they do not suit their needs and desires. Therefore, a decision support system was created by applying the Fuzzy MADM method which aims to help determine the choice of internet service provider and make it easier for users to choose an ISP according to their needs based on existing criteria. Fuzzy MADM is one of the fuzzy models whose alternatives have been known and then the process of adding to the multiplication of weights and the process obtained from the results of the normalization value in each alternative to all attributes to be carried out and determine the alternatives given. The decision support system for selecting an internet service provider using the Fuzzy MADM method has 3 alternatives, as well as 4 assessment criteria, namely price, security, satisfaction, and credibility. The results of the selection are obtained from the normalization process based on the alternative values in each criterion, followed by the ranking process, which is to determine the criteria with the matrix value multiplied by the weight value so that the results of the alternative are obtained. This system can be used to provide recommendations for the selection of internet service providers in Salatiga based on the needs and desires of users to recommend the right ISP using the Fuzzy MADM method
