Gender discrimination is one of the problems that happened in women's daily lives. The gender discrimination found can be in the form of economic, social, or cultural. This study discusses the gender discrimination that occurs in Little Women Movie, especially in the main character Jo. The theory that uses in this Little Women movie is Judith Butler in the book Gender Trouble. The data research will use a qualitative method to describe the phenomenon of gender discrimination. The object studied is in the form of injustice received by Jo in publishing writing and being single. The findings show that Jo finds injustice when she wants to publish her story. Besides that, she also wants to live independently without a man in her life. The cause of this problem is the patriarchal society that dominates society. In this case, the researcher concluded that women must marry and cannot live alone.
