Abstract

Perlindungan konsumen menjadi bagian penting dari praktik usaha yang baik. Di Laundry terkadang pengusaha melakukan kesalahan yang merugikan konsumen. Hukuman atau sanksi yang diterima pelaku komersial hanya berupa denda sosial dan tidak terlalu sebanding dengan kerugian yang diderita konsumen. Sebagian besar konsumen Laundry yang menjadi korban atas kelalaian pengelola jasa Laundry mengabaikannya dan mencari Laundry lain di dekat rumahnya.Oleh karena itu, diperlukan beberapa aspek hukum untuk melindungi konsumen agar dapat melindungi mereka secara adil. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah buat menyampaikan kontribusi ilmiah terkait dengan teori fiqih dan untuk tahu proteksi hukum terhadap konsumen yang memakai jasa Laundry. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini ialah penelitian yuridis normatif jenis metode penelitian yang berasal adanya kesenjangan antara teori dan kenyataan, dari kesenjangan antara teori dan fakta hukum. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan dapat diketahui tampak pengelola Laundry Semarang bertanggung jawab atas kerugian konsumen yang menggunakan usaha ini, sesuai dengan Pasal 19 Undang-undang nomor 8 tahun 1999 tentang perlindungan konsumen atas pertanggungjawaban yang paling sering digunakan pada usaha Laundry adalah prinsip tanggung jawab atas cacat dan prinsip tanggung jawab terbatas. Selain itu, tidak ada hambatan yang berarti dalam penyelesaian ganti rugi antara pelaku usaha Laundry dengan konsumen, meskipun ada konsumen yang tidak puas sebab tidak memahami hak konsumen. Consumer protection is an important part of good business practice. In Laundry sometimes entrepreneurs make mistakes that harm consumers. The penalties or sanctions received by commercial actors are only in the form of social fines and are not too proportional to the losses suffered by consumers. Most of the Laundry who are victims of the negligence of the Laundry ignore it and look for Laundry near their house. Therefore, several legal aspects are needed to protect consumers in order to protect them fairly. The purpose of this research is to convey scientific contributions related to fiqh theory and to know the legal protection for consumers who use laundry. The research method used in this research is normative juridical research, the type of research method that originates from the gap between theory and reality, from the gap between theory and legal facts. Based on the research conducted, it can be seen that the Laundry is responsible for the loss of consumers who use this business, in accordance with Article 19 of Law number 8 of 1999 concerning consumer protection. The principle of responsibility that is most often used in the Laundry is the principle of responsibility for defects and limited liability principle. In addition, there are no significant obstacles in the settlement of compensation between Laundry and consumers, although there are consumers who are not satisfied because they do not understand consumer rights.
