Abstract
Research Objectives are (1) analyzing the influence of self-efficacy on students' work readiness, (2) analyzing the influence of career planning on students' work readiness, (3) analyzing the influence of career information services on student work readiness, (4) analyzing the influence of self-efficacy on work readiness moderated by career information services, (5) analyzing the influence of career planning services moderated by career information services of students of class XII SMK N 1 Kandeman Batang. Type of explanatory research. The research population is all students of class XII SMK N 1 Kandeman, Batang as many as 492 students for the 2020/2021 school year and a research sample of 155 students (31.5% of the population). The data used is primary data obtained directly from respondents through kuesionair. The analysis technique uses a quasi-moderation regression model. The research findings are (1) self-efficacy has a positive effect on students' work readiness, (2) career planning has no effect on students' work readiness, (3) career information services have a positive effect on student work readiness, (4) career information services do not moderate the influence of self-efficacy on student work readiness, (5) Career information services do not moderate the influence of career planning on the work readiness of students in class XII SMK N 1 Kandeman, Trunk.
