Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance. The population in this study are employees who work at PT. Rattan House Furniture, totaling 100 people. This type of research is explanatory research. The data collection method used a survey with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Multiple regression analysis method was used to explain the influence between variables. The data that has been collected was analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of each question item, and reliability test using Cronbach alpha. The results of the hypothesis test indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
