Abstract
"Sentiment analysis is a technique of identifying a one's emotions related to a particular topic. J&T Express is a shipping service company with wide access in Indonesia and serves various shipments. In the era of globalization, expedition services widely used by the public. This is indicated by the increasing number of online purchases recommended by the government since the implementation of WFH. A large amount of use of the J&T Express service makes many users submit reviews regarding the performance of the delivery service. In this study, the sentiment analysis method is used to classify and process the text of J&T Express shipping service reviews. The data classification process in the sentiment analysis is divided into 2 c positive sentiment. There are 500 data used and divided into 400 training data and 100 test data. Of the total 400 training data consisting of 237 negative classes and 163 positive classes. Based on the results of the research, it produces an accuracy of 87%, a positive class precision of 70%, a negative class precision of 95%, and an error rate of 13%."
