Abstract
This study has the impact of testing and analyzing four independent variables on company value. The data population included LQ45 companies in the past three years, namely 2016-2018 using purposive sampling technique, obtained 112 company samples and then became 85 companies after the sample passed the normality test. The results of this study explain the value of the company is not affected by profitability and liquidity. Company value is positively influenced by company size. Company value is negatively affected by Capital Structure.
