Abstract

Dengan berbagai bentuk perjudian yang sudah begitu demikian merebak di tengah masyarakat, baik yang bersifat terang-terangan maupun secara sembunyi-sembunyi maka sebagian masyarakat sudah cenderung permissif dan seolah-olah memandang perjudian sebagai sesuatu hal yang wajar, sehingga tidak perlu lagi dipermasalahkan dan yang terjadi di berbagai tempat sekarang ini, khususnya di Dikab. Kendal banyak terjadi kasus perjudian di kalangan masyarakat Dijelaskan bahwa dari pelaku tindakan judi togel ini, kepolisian dapat melakukan tindakan hukum jika mengetahui dari gambaran umum yang dimana pelaku melakukan kegiatan tindakan judi togel ( toto gelap ) dari beberapa gambaran dari tokoh masyarakat atau laporan laporan dari masyarakat, dan factor apa saja yang menyebabkan pelaku tindakan judi togel ( toto gelap ) ini terus melakukan tindakakn illegal ini maka dari itu upaya apa aja dari kepolisian mencegah dan menangulangan terhadap kejahatan judi togel (toto gelap) Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian hukum yuridis empiris dengan menggunakan sumber sekunder. Sumber bahan sekunder meliputi bahan hukum primer. Bahan hukum sekunder berasal dari beberapa sumber yang secara tidak langsung diperoleh dari subjek penelitian Teknik analisis bahan hukum kemudian menggunakan teknik deskriptif analitis berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa dari beberapa gambaran umum tindak pidana judi Togel ( toto gelap ) di kab Kendal, kepolisian polres kab,Kendal dapan memberikan upaya-upaya yang dilakukan antara lain upaya preventif dan upaya represif dan penegakan hukum melalu UUD pasal 303 KUHP. With various forms of gambling that have become so widespread in the community, both openly and secretly, some people have tended to be permissive and seem to view gambling as a natural thing, so there is no need to argue about what happened. in various places today, especially in Dikab. Kendal, many gambling cases occur among the community. It is explained that from the perpetrators of this lottery gambling act, the police can take legal action if they know from the general description that the perpetrator is carrying out lottery gambling activities (dark toto) from several descriptions of public figures or reports from the public , and what factors cause the perpetrators of this lottery gambling (dark toto) act to continue to carry out these illegal acts, therefore what are the efforts of the police to prevent and tackle the crime of lottery gambling (dark toto) This research is included in the empirical juridical legal research by using secondary source. Sources of secondary changes include primary legal changes. The secondary legal material is derived from several sources that are indirectly obtained from the research subject. The analytical technique of legal change is then used descriptive analytical technique based on the results of the study that from several general descriptions of the crime of gambling Togel (dark toto) in Kendal Regency, District Police, Kendal Dapan provide efforts made, including preventive and repressive efforts and law enforcement through Article 303 of the Criminal Code.
