Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, fairness on the non-financial performance of PT Dwipa Kharisma Mitra Jakarta. The sampling method used in this study is the saturated sample. The sample in this study were all employees of PT Dwipa Kharisma Mitra Jakarta, totaling 55 respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study explain that transparency, accountability, independence, fairness have no effect on non-financial performance, while responsibility has a significant positive effect on non-financial performance
