Abstract

Technological developments facilitate all community activities, one of which is investing. This study aims to analyze the factors that can influence the increase in the millennial generation's investment interest in the city of Semarang. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study is the millennial generation in the city of Semarang, with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The data in this study are primary data and data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously online trading facilities, minimal capital and perception of risk affect investment interest together. Partially online trading facilities and perceptions of risk have a significant positive effect on investment interest, while minimal capital has no effect on investment interest.
