Abstract
In providing steam services for cars and motorbikes, Cheers Autocare still uses a manual system. The problem that arises is the difficulty of managing or controlling incoming orders during rush hour, 8-15 pm. There are 15-20 vehicles in that time frame due to the limitations of the manual booking system. causing customer overload during peak hours at Cheers Autocare. This research uses a qualitative research method which has several stages and paths carried out by researchers to carry out these stages, namely conducting field studies/observations, interviews, library research, and collecting data and developing tools software with the Waterfall method. The Waterfall method is often interpreted as a classic life cycle, which is defined as a "Linear Sequential Model". The design of the web-based Steam E-booking information system is in accordance with what is required by Cheers Autocare Solo. The results and tests are in accordance with user needs. The database used is steam which contains 6 tables, namely: admin, category, service, booking, complaint, customer report. The design of the E-booking information system for Cheers Autocare Solo cars and motorbikes helps the company. The design of the web-based steam e-booking information system is in accordance with what is required by Cheers Autocare Solo
