Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of describing and analyzing the influence of motivation, work environment and compensation on the work productivity of employees of the Regional Revenue Agency of Semarang City. The population of this study were employees of the Semarang City Regional Revenue Agency with a total of 132 employees. Sampling was carried out using random sampling technique with a sample of 100 respondents. In this study the first test used a validity test to test the extent to which the accuracy of the measuring device can use the measured variables, using KMO, loading factor, and eigenvalue. Furthermore, the reliability test was carried out using the Cronbach Alpha statistical test. After conducting the validity test and reliability test, then multiple linear regression analysis was carried out. The results showed that the work motivation variable had a positive and significant effect on work productivity, the work environment variable had a positive and significant effect on work productivity and compensation had a positive significant effect on employee work productivity.
