Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between employee performance and leadership, work discipline and work motivation at Perumda Air Minum Tirta Moedal Kota Semarang. This study uses a quantitative method where the population is all employees with a total of 376 respondents. The sample taken was 100 people using a simple random sampling technique. The data in this study were then processed using SPSS version 16.0 with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of data processing show that leadership has no effect on employee performance. Work discipline variables and work motivation variables have a positive effect on employee performance. Of the three variables, the work discipline variable has the greatest influence on employee performance.
