Abstract
This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of community participation, budget participation and knowledge of the board of the technical guidance and public participation, participation budget council knowledge and technical guidance to the financial supervision area of Central Java Province. The population in this study is twofold all the members of the Regional Representatives Council (DPRD) Central Java Province (number 99 respondents) as well as the society of Non Governmental Organization (NGO), community leaders, community organizations, academics, students and the media (number 50 respondents). Then the collected data were tabulated and tested the validity, reliability and normality of the data was then followed by a linear regression analysis with mediation model. The study found that community participation, budget participation and knowledge of the board have a positive influence on the technical guidance. Participation budget has the most powerful influence on the technical guidance while knowledge of the board has the weakest influence on the technical guidance. Community participation, budget participation, knowledge and technical guidance council a positive effect on the financial supervision area. Community participation has the strongest influence on the financial oversight council area while knowledge has the weakest effect on the financial supervision area. Community participation, participation and knowledge of the council budget indirect effect on the area of financial supervision through technical guidance, technical guidance proves correct a mediating variable.
