Abstract

gen Youth adalah sebuah komunitas yang berisi pemuda pemudi Kristen yang berasal dari Gereja Bethel Tabernakel (GBT) Kristus Alfa Omega Semarang. Igen Youth mempunyai sebuah program NBC yaitu sebuah program untuk para jemaat yang telah menerima Yesus sebagai Tuhan dan Juru Selamat dan ingin melakukan baptisan air. Jemaat yang akan dibaptis juga perlu mendapatkan bimbingan, sama seperti tujuan NBC. Selain itu kesediaan umat untuk dibabtis seharusnya juga memberikan pengaruh terhadap keterlibatannya di gereja. Dengan demikian GBT Kristus Alfa Omega yang memfasilitasi NBC harus memiliki strategi yang baik untuk para calon baptis yang diputuskan oleh pendeta sebagai pengambil keputusan. Dengan merujuk pada hasil penelitian (Iererua, 2012) menggunakan yang mempertimbangkan 4 aspek variabel penting, yaitu Pengalaman Iman, Pendalaman Alkitab, Pendampingan dan Keterlibatan di Gereja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancangbangun sistem pendukung keputusan penilaian calon peserta baptis secara optimal agar calon peserta baptis mendapatkan nilai yang akurat dan layak dibaptis. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Fuzzy Mamdani. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah sebuah program sistem pendukung keputusan penilaian untuk calon peserta baptis menggunakan metode Fuzzy Mamdani sehingga membuat proses penilaian terhadap calon baptis menjadi lebih cepat, dan akurat. Igen Youth is a community that contains Christian youth who come from the Church of Bethel Tabernakel (GBT) of Christ Alfa Omega Semarang. Igen Youth has an NBC program that is a program for the congregation that has accepted Jesus as Lord and Saviour and wants to do water baptism. The church to be baptized also needs guidance, just like the purpose of NBC. In addition, the willingness of the people to be baptized should also affect his involvement in the church. Thus the GBT of Christ Alfa Omega facilitating NBC must have a good strategy for the baptismal candidates decided by the clergy as a decision maker. Referring to the results of the study (Iererua, 2012) uses that consider the 4 aspects of the important variables, the experience of faith, Bible study, mentoring and involvement in the church. The purpose of this research is to optimize the decision-making system of prospective Baptist participants optimally so that prospective Baptists get an accurate and well-deserved value. In this study used the Fuzzy method Mamdani. The result of this research is a program of assessment decision support system for prospective baptismal participants using the Fuzzy Mamdani method thus making the assessment process of baptismal candidates faster, and more accurate.
